Two years ago, XIOR Student Housing implemented FLEXIPASS for the first time in one of their properties. By 2021 they have expanded using mobile keys in all four properties in Lisbon and Porto, Portugal. One mobile key is compatible with all the publicly used doors of the property as well e.g. the entry door, laundry room and garage and “no one can enter our property without given access through FLEXIPASS first” Ines added.
