Why did you go keyless? And why is technology innovation important for your site?
FLEXIPASS was introduced by our Guest Communication CanaryTechnologies and it was the perfect combo. We were able to fully automatize the check-in process, from pre-arrival until in-room providing our guest access to the bedroom remotely. The guest doesn't need almost any assistance from us which increase our efficiency.
