What made you opt for FLEXIPASS keyless technology?
The variety of technology that FLEXIPASS offers assured us that it is a future-proof contactless keyless technology provider. Our hotel rooms aren‘t all located in one building, and in fact, we have our wonderful treehouses spread throughout our grounds. That’s great for the guests, but makes our logistics more complicated.
We were therefore looking for a solution that allowed our guests to access their rooms, without them having to download an app. We wanted to keep things as quick and simple as possible for everybody. FLEXIPASS offered us Webkey technology as a solution - a perfect fit for what we needed.

What’s the onboarding process been like?
I would say that it’s very smooth. We were able to start using FLEXIPASS Webkeys in a matter of days. Our staff didn’t run into any challenges while using the service. The training was precise and to the point, and the contactless check-in process has been working perfectly.
