Claire, what were your challenges prior embracing FLEXIPASS Digital Key?

  1. The rooms are not located in one building like the usual hotel structure with a reception area.

  2. Digital technology with secure encryption was needed in order to provide keyless access. A remote high-speed check-in procedure became vital to the design of the hotel’s reception '“virtual reception process”.

  3. There was a need for the guest not to feel afloat or alone in an unfamiliar city.

FLEXIPASS’s solution?

With FLEXIPASS Mobile Keys, guests access their accommodations independently. To further enhance their stay, SuitePad provides an integrated guest directory that eliminates the need for outdated paper collateral in the room. The CHAT function allows guests to conveniently and instantly connect with the concierge service if they require assistance. Now guests can stay up-to-date with all local information and tips on Amsterdam via their mobile device.

The check-in process can be completed virtually using a mobile phone, providing immediate access to the guest's unique bridge house.
